CAKE ENVY of the B&B Viziottavo
Ingredients:
3 eggs
300g flour
300g ricotta cheese
100g butter (at room temperature)
250g sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
grated lemon peel
chocolate chips q.b.
sachet of baking powder
Preparation:
With the mixer pulverize the sugar with the lemon peel.
Add all other ingredients and for breaking the chocolate chips, making sure to turn them by hand to prevent melt.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
