– 120 g flour

– 120 g sugar

– 60 g butter

– 3 eggs

– 1/2 cup of milk

– 60 g dark chocolate

– 30 g bitter cocoa powder

– 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder



Melt the milk previously heated, dark chocolate and butter.

Beat eggs with sugar, add the flour and cocoa powder.

Add the mixture of milk, chocolate, and butter. Add the yeast.

Take a baking pan with parchment paper, fire it at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes (depending on oven … but every cook knows her!)

Remove from oven, allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar … and enjoy your meal!
