APPETIZER FOR DRINK BASED ON TUSCAN CHEESE JELLY “POVENTA”

Ingredients: medium-aged Tuscan pecorino cheese and jelly “Poventa”.

Procedure:

Slice the cheese obtaining a slice four pieces. Then arrange the pieces in a tray of cheese and lay on top of each piece of cheese half a teaspoon of jelly.
Together to enjoy a good glass of “Poventa” 2008 to 18 °

Jelly “Poventa”:

It ‘a wine jelly obtained by boiling the wine “Poventa” with added sugar and apple pectin.

FIORDILATE THE JELLY:
take some excellent ice cream (you could prepare at home …) and then placed in bowls, garnish with a few teaspoon of gelatin.
