Spaghetti del Dì di Festa del Casale “Il Condottiero”

Ingredients for 6 people:
250 gr. Spaghetti Pasta Tuscany + 250 gr. Spaghetti Pasta Tuscany Integral with Omega 3,
4 sausages,
350 grams of mushrooms,
10 rosettes of cauliflower,
2 cloves of garlic,
chili,
pepper, salt, oil,
tomatoes,
parmesan

Preparation: Wash the cauliflower, wash it well. In a pan, place a little ‘oil
a clove of garlic cut in half and let it just brown, add the cauliflower and red pepper,
salt and pour a bit ‘of water.
Cook, adding water from time to time until the cauliflower you will not be undone
and reduced almost to a cream (in this way the preparation does not require the addition of cream
or cream cheese). In another pan, pour a little olive oil, garlic, sliced,
sausage and mushrooms, salt and cook over high heat for a few minutes,
then add the cauliflower and turn off the heat. While the pasta is cooking you can prepare
wafers Parmesan and tomatoes for decoration. For the wafers will be sufficient
pour some piles of grated Parmesan cheese in a non-stick pan and warm
wait just long enough to dissolve, then turn them over and put them on a plate. The tomatoes
instead will just seared in a pan (a couple of minutes on high heat and without
the addition of oil). At this point, drain the pasta and toss in the sauce of mushrooms cauliflower
combining sausage and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and a few tablespoons of the event
cooking water. Serve with the addition of tomatoes and parmesan wafers.
