“I lived a fable.” So Simona Giorgetti, chef of the restaurant castiglionese “Da Giuda”, in the aftermath of victory in the national competition of the San Carlo, the food industry known for its famous chips. The steps of the competition.

 

This past May, the San Carlo canteens promotes the national competition with rustic potato chip. Two categories: “Il gusto di osare”  and “Occhio all’audacia”.  In the first phase selective, the foodblogger Anna Marconi (regarding the category “Occhio all’audia”) chooses the 10 best recipes, among all those received, to carry in the semi-finals. Enters the people of Facebook which is to vote the recipes in the race. The chef Carlo Cracco the task of choosing the winner among the top 5 ranked.
