Pere all’Aleatico – The recipe for “Casali in Val di Chio.”
The healthy and tasty dessert for adults and children.

Ingredients for 4 people

4 small pears kaiser
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup of water
2 glasses of Alo ‘
1 bar of dark chocolate

First, peel the pears with a vegetable peeler and remove the core with the tool
Put them in a saucepan standing on fairly high with a glass of water, a spoonful of brown sugar and 2 cups of ALO ‘, raisin Aleatico.
Cook over low heat until the pears have absorbed the liquid, however, they remain well controlled firm.
While the pears are cooled, melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
At this point, pears arranged on a platter or on individual plates and “moisten” with the melted chocolate.
Serve immediately, accompanying them with a glass of our excellent Aleatico ALO ‘(of course only adults ….)
