Butterflies of the Mediterranean of residence “Le Santucce”

Ingredients: (for 6 people)

500 grams of Farfalle Pasta Toscana,

3 hg tuna in oil,

drained,

two tablespoons of olive oil,

1 clove of garlic,

1/4 of a medium sized onion,

1 kg. of chopped tomatoes,

salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of white wine

 

Preparation:

Take the fourth and finely chopped onion pour into a pan and add the peeled garlic clove. Meanwhile, put on a pot of water and bring to a boil. Proceed with care to drain the tuna and as soon as the onion is golden just add it to the pan and follow the tomato pulp. Add salt and pepper and cook for ten minutes. Toss the pasta and cook until al dente, drain and pour in the sauce. Jump everything and proceed to Serve. To enhance and enrich the bouquet of aromas of the dish you can fade (at will) the tuna with two tablespoons of white wine before adding the tomatoes.
